This is an exciting permanent, Digital Marketing Executive who wants to join our growing team at Salient Digital. As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job SCOPE
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic display, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (search, social, display), ensuring performance meets KPIs for impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, and budget utilization.
- Create comprehensive digital content calendars and oversee content creation (visuals, videos, copywriting) that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, account management, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns that meet client briefs and timelines.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, content development, and performance tracking.
- Stay informed of digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and performance projections.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and conduct regular analysis of advertising performance for digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make improvements and achieve campaign goals.
- Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, SEO-friendly content for the website and other digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
