HR FINANCE

We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as an HR, Finance, and Office Manager at Salient Digital. This role combines the responsibilities of human resources, finance, and office management to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, finance, or office management roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and financial regulations.

Job SCOPE

Human Resources:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Oversee employee benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 
Finance:
  • Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports for management.
 
Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and supplies.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  • Ensure a safe and organised working environment for all employees.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
