Since its establishment in 1975, Benéton Properties Group has remained a trailblazer in the world of residential and commercial property development. Their status as a privately owned company has allowed complete freedom to pursue their vision of refined living, resulting in an avant-garde approach that goes beyond property development. Benéton continues to work hand in hand with their property owners to bring not just their dream homes, but ideal communities to life.

Creative Concept

The creative concept is based on Candela’s three guiding principles of light, warmth and serenity. Consistent with Candela’s emphasis on incorporating natural light into their architectural designs, the logo comprises a C overlaid on the shape of natural light penetrating into a room, symbolizing the interplay of natural light and architecture. The color palette utilizes rich earth tones and shades of beige to evoke a feeling of comfort and warmth while also complementing the verdant hues of nature that surround the property.
