Palazzo by TKB

The website we designed for TKB showcases their signature project, Palazzo, an Italian-inspired residence. The updated website helps prospective clients to find them online, learn about them and create interest to enquire about the property.

the Client

Team Keris Berhad (TKB) was founded in 1991, and over the course of more than three decades, they have amassed extensive expertise in the field of development. With a remarkable track record, TKB has successfully established numerous integrated developments across the Perak region in Malaysia. The collective value of these projects amounts to approximately RM5.0 Billion, encompassing a diverse portfolio of properties such as shopping malls, commercial buildings, hotels, petrol stations, various residential properties and more. Their commitment to excellence and innovation has solidified their position as a leading force in the real estate industry, earning the trust and admiration of clients and stakeholders alike.

The Strategy

Our approach to redesigning Palazzo’s website focused foremost on promoting the property to the target audience. Emphasis was placed on accurately conveying the Italian influence and high class ethos of the property to prospective clients and providing an easy line of contact for enquiries. We utilized a refined color palette and subtle design inspired by Italian architecture and art to give the website an elegant visual identity. In order to maximize user retention, we made the website easy to navigate, with a video of a 3D render of the property front and center and with a straightforward layout of important information and icons linked to other pages for further enquiry.

Statement of work

Alongside our five key components for web development, we implemented a content management system that allows clients to easily update and manage their website content.
