Despite their high-quality skincare products, they have been struggling to reach their target audience effectively. Through our digital marketing strategies, we were able to help them increase their online visibility and attract more customers to their brand.

SQ-infinit+ is a results-driven skincare line dedicated to providing effective products that nurture healthy skin. Offering a range of tailored skincare solutions to meet the unique needs of each individual’s skin, from cleansers and toners to serums and moisturizers, all formulated with natural ingredients. SQ-infinit+ has a product for every situation that may arise on the journey to radiant skin.


The solution
Our objective was to increase brand awareness, which we achieved by revamping the client’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This involved analyzing the hours where the target audience was most active, from which we devised a content schedule and combined with buyer personas to determine the most compelling content that could push the brand’s story and values. Additionally we ran Facebook ads to drive traffic to the website and increase sales by targeting the right audience.
The Result
In the initial three months, the Facebook page likes surged by a remarkable 870%, while the Instagram following achieved an organic growth of 63%. Platform engagement increased by 10%, a significant rise from the prior 1%. Likewise, TikTok video views saw a notable 1.4k increase within three months and the website saw a substantial traffic boost, soaring by an impressive 320% within the initial month. These successes are supported by a strong 5% conversion rate, resulting in a RM150 Sales Value and a ROI of 140%.
